The Anneke regional team will be happy to help you and will come to your home or holiday address.
Personal Care
Are you (temporarily) unable to take care of yourself due to, for example, an operation, illness or disability? Then the Anneke community team will be happy to help you, for example, with getting in and out of bed, putting on support stockings, dressing and undressing, showering or eating and drinking.

Nursing Care
Do you need help with wound care, injections or taking your medicines? You can also turn to Anneke Home Care for medical and specialist care. For example, after a hospital admission, an acute or chronic illness, a disability or rehabilitation.
Nursing at home
The district nurse comes to your home to coordinate care according to your wishes and needs. He or she gives advice and consults with your GP, specialist or other care providers if necessary. You will receive medical care as often as necessary. Whether once a week or several times a day. Paliative Care
You have been told that you cannot recover from your illness. In the palliative phase, care is therefore focused on the best possible quality of life. The aim is to spend the time you and your loved ones still have together as well and pleasantly as possible and in your own way.
Possibilities
The palliative team offers counselling sessions by specialist palliative care nurses in your home.
The nurses are experienced in palliative care. They give advice (on physical and emotional problems, on practical aids), information and point you in the right direction to other complementary care if needed.
To this end, our nurses also work closely with your G.P. and the Unidades Paliativos of the hospitals of the Seguridad Social in Denia and Villajoyosa.
